The Village at Steamboat

It’s near the mountain, but not really next to the mountain, but they have a shuttle

After a long day of traveling and you get someplace, and then you gotta drag your suitcase through the snow only to find that there’s no elevator and you gotta carry your crap upstairs skis and everything. It’s a total bummer and then you open the door and you expect to find a bedroom and lawn. There’s a Murphy bed that takes about 6 inches off the ground. The kitchen and amenities were nice and all that but I got in late had no food and left in the morning and of course had to carry all my crap down the stairs again very inconvenient.

Nice spot, close to mtn. Hot tub was cool and shuttle driver got us to mtn in record time!

Location was good, beds were comfortable, staff was very nice.

The facility is aged and not being kept up. There was a nail sticking out from the night stand that ripped my jeans. Both doors were broken, dishwasher broken, washing machine broken, widow barely latched, indoor pool is too cold for younger children - just expect to pay more than what you get.

Had a great stay with our family for my husbands birthday. Staff was friendly and responded to our requests. The kitchen needs to be updated a little. The door going into the downstairs bath drug on the ground.
