The Village at Steamboat

Great location. Loved the swimming pool.

We loved our condo unit. It was clean, comfortable, and homey. The location was great with easy access to everything. We enjoyed our balcony and the views.

A few more coffee supplies would have been nice!

Ruth, one of the employees, helped me out after an hour of discussing things with the Front Desk and the manager. She then and found a room, cleaned it and went out of her way to help me. She’s a huge asset for that property and appreciated her help.

I had made a request on my reservation, and Front Desk was not aware of it. It appears that the company does not give the staff any autonomy/ability to change rooms or upgrade customers. They had a room that I was available that I could upgrade to, but were unable to do it. Multiple staff and directly communicated that the company did not allow them any flexibility. Very frustrating.

We loved staying here, it had everything we needed to stay as a family. Washer, dryer, kitchen, patio, the beds are very comfortable, game room was fun, hot tubs and pools were so great, it was quiet and steamboat is gorgeous in May OMG!!. The gourmet spice packets in the kitchen were a nice surprise, I totally forgot spices! We will be back.

The dryer didn’t work.

AWESOME location and shuttle service to resort is nice. Room was clean and had all the essentials. Stovetop and fridge and freezer are a huge benefit. Only bad thing was: the room smelled a little bit like smoke, which gave me a bit of a headache

The property had everything we needed great transportation to the mountain for skiing, close to services and restaurants. Helpful staff, and a nice Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day.
