Embarcadero Resort Hotel & Marina

Location was wonderful! However I had to get luggage up narrow stairs to the 3rd floor No elevator. For this reason I would not return

Room. Comfortable and clean. Bed was cozy. Bathroom clean and roomy. Facilities appeared well maintained.

We have no complaints!!

This place is awesome. They have a deck where you can fish for crabs! Our suite was big and comfortable and we wished we were staying for longer. We loved Newport and if we ever have the opportunity to visit again, we will be staying here. 100%

The view was incredible

The rooms were comfortable. The new rooms are very nice. The views and my favorite, the rocking chairs. Well, those pillows were very comfortable, too

I wish our rooms were closer together but it all worked out just fine

Stay was ok...several things non-functional in unit...Worst part was renting a crabpot from them which was supposed to be a 24 hour rental for $50. Well we renated one and put it in on their crabbing dock. Put it in at 1 pm....came back at 7:30 pm and foudn four crabs in there..left it in overnight and came back to check it at 9 am the next morning...found our pot on the deck with no crabs....pissed! thieves? went to front desk to tell them what happened....told me that we informed you at checkin that security would pull them any pots out that night...well we checked in through VI resorts who told us no such thing. When we actually rented the pot from the hotel they didn't say antyhing about this...their paperwork doesn't say anything about it..no signs on the pier....just a bunch of attitude when I asked for a refund of the $50.00. It wasn't a 24 hour rental when they pull your pot out after 6 hours...they refused to refund my $50.00
