"okay the price was right for what I received but it could be better"

not to bad but very dated the bathroom in 410 might have black mold. my toilet chain broke so I called the front desk they sent someone to fix and they replaced the chain but they did not flush the toilet and the chain was to long so I had to tie a knot in the chain so it would flush. you would think they would have tried it before leaving the room

Great location BUT hotel is very tired and appears that Hyatt has not put any money back into decor and updating for many years. Lots of deferred maintenance. Good cleanliness. Breakfast was ok - about what you expect from a hotel breakfast buffet.

LOCATION IS THE ONLY THING WE LIKED

ROOMS WERE DIRTY, SMELLED LIKE CURRY AND THE STAFF SAID THEY HAD TO CLEAN THE CARPETS SOME DAY! BREAKFAST WAS ONLY CANNED FRUIT AND BAGELS, YOU COULD HEAR NOISE FROM THE STREETS AS IF THERE WERE NO WINDOWS IN THE ROOM
