Hyatt House Dallas Lincoln Park

This place is in need of some general maintenance and cleanup within the rooms, but the MAJOR issue is road noise. I travel with ear plugs because I'm a light sleeper and I was woken up multiple times a night by road noise WITH EARPLUGS IN. The convenience location and staff were good to great, but they need to do something about the road noise.

The phone in room did not work, gum on elevator floor, hot tub did not work as advertised, they even had a sign printed on doorway to pool stating the jacuzzi/hot tub was operative, still did not work and that is why we chose the hotel, lies about happy hour: the hours, the offerings/options, the prices, lies about restaurant on site, no food options, not an actual restaurant - all the reasons we chose this location was false advertisement. As a World of Hyatt member, there was no welcome, no offering, no service at all or support from front desk staff with all of the above issues.

Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed, highly recommended!

The suite was a nice size.

A homeless man came in off the street and had breakfast with us.

This hotel feels like a hidden gem secreted away from the hustle and bustle of Dallas. I stayed for almost a week and had a wonderful time. I booked the King Suite and it was plenty big enough for my 6'6" 250# 40y/o self. The price was a little higher, but the complimentary breakfast made it worth it in terms of coffee and food alone. The location felt like it was 10 min away from anywhere I needed to be, and I had no problems with ordering grocery delivery, ordering fast food for delivery, or taking a ride-share. The room was cool, clean, and quiet with very little traffic/noise. The beds/blankets were soft and having a kitchenette was amazing for making tea at night. The breakfasts were good and it was so nice being able to put leftovers in the fridge for later. The staff were a blessing. It didn't matter if I spoke with the front desk, the bar/grill, housekeeping, or the breakfast staff, everyone was nice in an authentic "we actually like working here" sort of way. I cannot say thank you enough for all of the help and questions answered during my stay. Staying here really was reprieve and rest after a long day of Dallas. Thank you.

Clean and conveniently located. Rooms are outdated.
