"Did not get the room I reserved"

I reserved a double bed room through Hyatts website but upon checking in they had only king size bed room available. Very frustrating and did not get the quality of sleep as a result.

"I would stay there again, but not rate it as a 4 star because the room, though good, is dated."

Breakfast was great! Staff very friendly and accommodating. I was surprised at how quiet it was. I did not end up paying for parking, but had I, it was a high rate and not specified in the web site.

I liked how the staff was very friendly, helpful but above all else very polite. They made sure everything was in order abd very clean. Always got greeted with a smile, and courtesy. I would absolutely be going back and staying there again.

I had no issues, or anything that I didnt like.

"Very good stay"

Stayed here one night before a very early flight. The hotel is tucked back away from Hwy 75 which is good. The girl at check in was very helpful and polite. The room we stayed in was just fine. It was clean and everything was in order. The shower/bathroom was very clean and adequately stocked with towels. The water pressure in the shower was good and the shower head was very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Checked out very early on Saturday, November 15 so we did not eat breakfast. The young lady at the desk could use a customer service lesson. Too interested in her phone to pay attention to us at check out. Overall, I would stay here again.
