"Poor condition"

Physical condition of the hotel is very poor. Loose and cracked bathroom tiles. Stained and faded carpeting throughout. Walls patched and paint faded. Not up to expected Hyatt standards. I have been coming to this hotel for many years and have watched its condition deteriorate. I will not be coming back.

2nd time staying here. Not disappointed but at the same time nothing to brag about. Did not get the room type that I booked. Booked king suite room. Got standard room with 2 double beds.

"Not the Best at all "

This place is located in an awesome location. But , the dingy , old, dirty carpet in the rooms and hotel - have to go. The place looks like it definitely needs an update / renovation... For these prices, the place should look more appealing. The sofa in the room is NOT quality , and feels cheap. The beds are not comfortable and they make noise and squeak when you move around.
