AUAUThe gothic fantasy that is the Great Hall. Roaring fireplaces. The exceptional customer service and staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. And the wonderful, tranquil grounds.

Breakfast was disappointing. Barring the receptionist who checked us out, staff were not welcoming at all, seemed totally indifferent to us.

I liked the property but driving back to Peppers Manor House Late night with heavy fog was challenging & difficult to see the road leading up to parking space, maybe some high vis or small solar lights to guide along the drive would be advantageous

AUThe main house where I stayed had an exceptional great hall and other lounge areas all very well presented, spacious and with grand fire places, all very welcoming. The restaurant was great and the food both for dinner & breakfast was excellent. All staff encountered were very engaging and professional.
The room I stayed in was basic but spacious. It had a feel it was due for some up maintenance/upkeep.
