The location is great and has wonderful views

Food was absolutely terrible. Poor quality food, disgustingly overpriced for pizza that could be made by a toddler. The rooms are run down and dated. Cleaning of the rooms were poor and servicing didn’t happen until late afternoon (4pm). Restaurants are understaffed and they seem to all be confused on what to do and where things are. Kids activities are only open on the weekend and they don’t advertise anywhere that bookings need to be made. When we showed up for the train ride (one of the main reasons for coming to the property) they said the 9am session was sold out and we had to do the 4.30 pm session. I was furious. We were checking out that day why would we wait until 4.30pm to ride a 15 min train. When i spoke to the manager she asked concierge if they could run another session and they did. But why make people go through that ordeal? If there is high demand just have multiple sessions and advertise that bookings are needed! The 15 minute train ride didn’t allow for parents so my 2 year old was too scared to go alone. It had empty carriages why not allow a parent to sit with a younger child so they can enjoy it also? Unbelievable. Restaurant’s dont have useable colouring pencils or any activities during dinner. Our kids had to ask for a toy on the second day even though other kids got them at check in. Unfortunately they don’t have kids or families front of mind , it seems to be an after thought which is poorly executed. Very disappointing will not be returning.

Wonderful friendly staff, spacious room, beautiful location

Some parts were a bit shabby and run down. Quite noisy.

The buffet breakfast was great. I really enjoyed eating breakfast as the food was very nice, especially the bacon, and the scenery of the Jamison Valley from the restaurant was magnificent.

There was a shuffling noise coming from the room above my bed which disturbed my sleep.

Staff were friendly

Felt tired and old. Looks like it needed a good scrub.

The staff was lovely, the view was breathtaking taking. The smell of wooden fire was beautiful. Lovely walk around the resort, the pool was beautiful.

The bed wasn't comfortable. And the TV channels / entertainment were very limited.

Our Family loved the check in, buffet breakfast and all the amenities that the resort had to offer. We enjoyed the pizza restaurant the first night and the Golf Club dining the second night. Our highlight was the Rainbow Slide!

There were some additional costs for kids activities that weren't included in the stay, that I wasn't aware of prior to checking in.

Great location and the restaurant meal was very good. We enjoyed the cafe and the fireplace and the room was spacious and comfortable

The balcony was in bad disrepair and so were other parts of the building. The whiskey bar wasn’t open and neither was the store until the end of the week. The steam room was broken but the rest of the spa was beautiful. Warning about things only being open should be clear on the website please
