Allegro Cozumel All-Inclusive

I was very happy with the friendly service. The beauty of the beach and resort was simply amazing. I would definitely like to return again.

Good common areas, pretty gardens. Excellent dive center onsite. Friendly and helpful staff.

Quite generic food, even the 'special' restaurants. Paper thin walls regarding accoustics. Room could use some maintenance (multiple chipouts, dents, rust).

We have stayed at allegro many times and we always have the best time. The super bowl party with the pregame band was an absolute blast! Arbey was fantastic and put together a special dinner for our group and it was the wonderful time simon, Carlos and the chef were so great and the food was delicious. There was a solo singer in the lobby that had everyone singing and dancing. No one wanted him to stop. It was the most fun we have had in the lobby. What a great trip all the staff was wonderful.

Had premium level. Check in went smoothly, rooms small and not quiet at all, you can hear everything and Everyone in rooms next to you, zero soundproof. Beds were comfortable. The food is absolutely horrible, the only restaurant that was good was the oriental, but only allowed to book 2 restaurants a week, very weird, especially when restaurants only half full. The best thing about this resort is the beach. Drinks are very watered down. No waiters on beach. Jacuzzi/hot tub is cold same with all the pools, not heated. Staff were pleasant.

We were there from January 28th to Feb 4th, 2026. The Santa Rosa and staff, Omar Luis, Cristian and Alfredo were so polite and very attentive, as was our housekeeper. Nicer people you could not ask for. The resort was also lovely. The only criticism was we found the food was always luke warm at the buffets and also al a carts. Otherwise you could not ask for nicer staff, as theyvwent above and beyond. I recommend this resort, especially the Premium package.
