"Arbey and Diego are the best!"

Allegro Cozumel is our favorite resort in Cozumel. Not too big and not too small. The entertainment crew is a 10/10. Arbey and Diego were so good to our family and make us feel at home. We will keep coming back as long as they are still here!

5 stars to team Cozamil !! El capitan Jorge was so nice, so friendly !! Super service and a great team (hostess :Vanessa, waiters: Manuela, Jesus, Ananias, and Hilario at the bar) Also I want to mention Alex at the Shack bar !! Just loved these guys!! Thank you for this wonderfull week!

"Second visit to Allegro"

The place is quite nice and the staff are even better. They take very good care of us. I rated the sleep quality as average for two reasons. 1: the walls in the rooms seem to allow noise to travel back and forth. You can hear your neighbors living life. Even heavy breathing, snoring, talking, their tv, etc. I don't blame the neighbors, they're on vacation! But, we don't all have the same schedules for fun and rest and I'm a morning person. So, I'm sure they heard me get up at sunrise. My advice; be as quiet as you can and respect others. 2: The south side of the resort property has the nightly outside entertainment which can be quite loud. It was normally over by 10:30 or so. If you like to sleep before then, pack some ear plugs or noise cancelling equipment or get a room on the north side of the property at the very least. That was likely the biggest complaint sharexd among guests.

Allegro was a beautiful resort with lovely staff!! Arbey did such a great job taking care of us, as did the rest of the staff in all departments. There was plenty of entertainment for all ages. We spent a lot of time at the various pools and at the beach right off the resort. Cozumel is so beautiful and I’m so happy we traveled here!
