Service was amazing especially Omar Luis Cristian Alfrodo at the Santa Rosa

The food was very good. The service was quick. My room was cleaned everyday. All the workers connected with everyone including Diego.

It’s been a great experience so far. The activities are a fun part of the resort, and the breakfast is great as well. It’s also fun to be able to see iguanas and also the occasional coati. The workers are also very fun to talk, especially Diego. All the workers are very energetic as well.

We celebrated an event with our family and had a fantastic vacation. The service from the organization (for the 18 of us) was perfect throughout the week with food, swimming, dives, and so much more. A special activities director (Arbi) was outstanding and we would hope to see him again.

Thank you, to the staff, at the Allegro Cozumel, for making our vacation extra special. Gustavo, the First Club manager, was so helpful, including putting together a special birthday dinner, with friends, for us. He definitely takes action, when any assistance is needed. Alfredo, Henry, Luis, Omar and Christian, in the Santa Rosa room, are the best! Always greeting us, with a friendly smile, along with their great service. A shout out, to Arturo!
