Water slides and beach access for the kids

Only able to make one restaurant reservation for every 3 nights book, otherwise your stuck with same buffet food. Staff was not as friendly.

This was my 30th year at Allegro and it's still my home away from home. The resort is clean, the beach is perfect and the staff is excellent! I spent a lot of time in and around the Santa Rosa Lounge and Omar, Luis, Christian, Alfredo and Henri were amazing! They made excellent drinks, answered all my questions about where to get fresh juice from the Mercado to information on local restaurants. Though things have changed a bit since my first year there in 1996, the staff remains the same, many of them I have seen over 20 years. Checking in with Gustavo was a breeze and he is so kind and helpful. I miss them all already and look forward to my return in 2027. Another amazing vacation in the books.
