We really liked the resort, the employees, the grounds, and the beach. We were disappointed about the lunch buffet (only one restaurant open for lunch)and although we we paid for premium level, you can only eat at the sit down restaurants requiring reservations twice in 1 week stay. We liked the Japanese restaurant but did not enjoy the mexican restaurant. Did not get to try the Italian restaurant sonce we can only eat at 2 restaurants. We dove with ProDive 4 days and enjoyed it but ended up going to 2 of the same sites twice.

We love the Allegro and plan to return again. But this time, the food was disappointing. We were also sad to see that the more experienced gentlemen waiters were no longer in the lunch area. Our room was in the best condition ever! The Santa Rosa Club, with Omar, Luis, and Cristian, was exceptional as always. Those guys are the best! We had never been in May and found the ocean to be rougher than in the fall.

This was an amazing trip and it exceeded all expectations!! Diego was fantastic and made the trip so much more fun!! The ocean and games and band were so fun aswell as the food which Carlos made the experience so so good. Overall an awesome trip. I will miss you Diego !!

Our family of 5 had the best time at the resort. Beautiful property! Everyone works so hard. Al staff we attentive and friendly! Special shout out to Carlos in the buffet, Luis and Omar in the premium lounge. And VERY SPECIAL thanks to Diego from the entertainment staff. He went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. He is so good at his job and is the true STAR of the show. Thank you Diego!

Schöne Lage und gut eingebettet in die Landschaft. Gepflegter Strand und trotzdem einige Pools.

Beim Essen differenziertes Bild: Frühstück gut, Mittag- und vor allem die Abendessen teilweise nicht gut gekocht. Spezialitätenrestaurants waren gut.
