A 20h30, de nombreux plats sont presque vides et ne sont pas réapprovisionnés alors que le service se termine à 21h30.

We had an awesome time! The bars were great and there was a good selection of pools for kids, adults, etc. I also liked the card system for the towels. Everything was clean and the gym was nice and had fruit and water. I highly recommend this place for a full stay or as a day pass experience.

Italian a la carte was our favourite place to dine. Service friendly and good. Meals including steak cooked to perfection as ordered. Relaxing atmosphere. Second place a la carte was the oriental/ Japanese that is cooked in front of you. Good food, but atmosphere a bit louder and we seemed rushed. Third place would be Mexican that is located by the pool. Service was ok. Food was not hot nor was it much different that what can be created at buffet. Speaking of the buffets, longer than acceptable wait for omelets. Otherwise good breakfast selection. Lunch at pool restaurant basic and good. Super buffet ok but …could be improved.

Las camas cómodas.

El personal es muy prepotente y déspota les dan mas presencia a los extranjeros ya que no hay un trato equitativo. Las jaboneras dentro de la regadera estaban dañadas desde el primer dia que ingresamos al hotel, se les informo y jamas las arreglaron, además de que el jabón que ponen no hace espuma y limitado a los dias de la estancia. El dia de ingreso encontramos varios insectos muertos dentro de la habitación en la ventana y los dias de la estancia jamas los limpiaron. Las sabanas y la cobija de la cama tenían mal olor como a eses de pájaros y humedad. La alberca para los niños con demasiada suciedad de eses de pájaros. El personal de recepción te atienden muy mal te discriminan por ver que no eres extranjero.

This is our second stay at the Allegro in Cozumel. We’ve had some great servers, one being Oscar Luis Cristian Alfredo at the Santa Rosa Cafe. He’s always on the ball, super friendly and great service. We also enjoyed Luis at the Beach Bar, Carlos at the Cafe up front and our room service was top notch with towel art every day Jorje worked.

Or vacation to Allegro Cozumel these last 2 weeks were amazing! We are divers and chose this resort because of its great diving operations between the Allegro and the Occidental. The resort isn’t huge which gives it a better experience overall. The staff here are absolutely amazing! Super friendly and fun. Everyone that works with guests speak great English so if you’re coming from the United States or Canada you’ll have no problem. Our original room was a bit small and as divers we have a lot of gear, also I’m an arm amputee with prosthetics which takes up room and when we addressed this with the receptionist they moved us to a suite twice the size at no cost!! How amazing is that! There is one staff member who stood out who I’d like to mention specifically, his name is Arbey. Arbey is a man who wears many hats at the Allegro, from working as the DJ for fun activities at the pool to hosting guest at the nightly performance shows. He also works at the gym and with food services. Arbey is very kind, well grooming and took pride it his appearance and the work he does. Arbey took care of me in many ways and made our vacation one to remember. So if you’re planning a trip to Cozumel and want a great time think of the Allegro and ask for Arbey for any services you may need while you’re here.

Diego is the best one!!! Don’t loose him

Lovely trip with friends! Staff is excellent, always remember your names, your drink orders, very fun! Lots of activities with Diego, Juan Diego, Millie and Arby. There are excellent evening shows! <3

phenomenal service! highlight was the staff: bartenders, servers and animators were always a good time. Diego is awesome!!
