"I never got Marriott points for my stay and this hotel is not worth the $ I paid."

The gentleman who I purchased coffee from in the morning was awesome.

The location was extremely difficult to get to as there are no signs where to turn to get to the hotel. I had to get on the interstate and circle around - it was awful. Happened twice. The shower head didn't work. I asked the women at check-out to please make sure I got credited the Marriott points and the points never showed up to my Marriott Bonvoy rewards. The only reason I stayed there was to get the points. It was very expensive and in need of a makeover. I expected a much better room based on what I paid.

Great location, lots of nearby restaurants and selections in a very busy section of Alpharetta. Hotel is nice on the surface but rooms not worth $300 a night. I would rate rooms and in room services a 2 star. No safe, no hair dryer, communal soap, shampoo and conditioners. Shower area has a glass panel on tub but glass panel does not stop water going EVERYWHERE. Room furniture is dated and it is obvious rooms were recently updated. Rooms were very clean and AC worked great, as did water pressure and hot water. Noise level is high. Restaurant is good and Ambassadors club is great. No more Ambassador parking spots. Very disappointed. Next time in the area, i will try another Marriott that has all the luxuries I am used to.
