Great location, clean and comfortable room

I’m not a big fan of hotels that demand a deposit when you’ve already paid £180 for your room and then take days refunding it. Breakfast was disappointing but worst was the car park, getting out of it after paying was a nightmare and took calling the hotel 3 times

Very comfortable, lovely engaging staff in the bar and on reception. Perfect location for Liverpool museums, galleries, Lime St Station, restaurants and shopping.. all walkable.
