Room was clean. Breakfast was always hot.

Rooms were clean. It looked like the bathroom had just been redone... and it had a tub! People were friendly. Lovely stay.

It was disgusting, there was mold growing on the walls in room 118, I have pictures of it. It was in the corner by the door that you could not open, I ordered a pool side room and every room that they put us in had problems and we changed 3 times. We deserve a refund.

The room smelled to moldy and damp. We asked for a refund we could not stay. We stayed one night because we had tickets to the Red. Festival. But had to leave the next night. Lost our money one one night of stay. Because we booked thru a third party, I guess you guys! Would like a refund for the one-night we had to leave. due to poor breathing and moldy room.

Good location. Nice pool area. Breakfast every morning. Cookies each day was great

It needs to have cleaning done on the carpets in halls. The carpets just looked dirty. The hallway between hotel and Resturant had cobwebs, leaves and food lying in the same places every day we were there. I did not like that the rooms were not cleaned until after 3 night stay. I understand every other day but that was ridiculous. Our garbage was filled to the max. We were told we could bring down the used towels and sheets for new ones if we wanted. That was again not customer service. That is crazy. Again every other day would have been good. Ok maybe every 2 nights but not 3. The most I ever had been told by any hotel was 2 nights. We never had been told we could bring our dirty linens down for fresh ones. All hotels I visit have been able to have someone from housekeeping bring new and take away old. Lastly there were no signs about this in the room, at the counter or online description of hotel policies.
