It was great however, we wanted to add one more day and the 2 beds room were not available. She offered one and sfa bed however those were extremely expensive 520 per night, thats insane.

The staff were all really nice and seemed to do what they could to remedy all the bad things that were happening with our room. The pool area was really nice and clean. The two jacuzzis were awesome as well

The first room i was given was not the room that I had booked. I booked an elite king suite with a balcony per the staff. After moving to the new room and getting settled in, lwe noticed that there was mold all over the shower wall, shampoo station, and floor in the shower (pics were given to booking.com

Very welcoming and clean

We were unhappy and felt unsafe with the original room we were given. The front desk lady who helped us was phenomenal. She immediately found us a room that fit us better and was so friendly during the whole experience.

The only thing we didn't like was the couch, was not comfortable at all but other than that no complaints.

The kids enjoyed the pool.

The key access to the door didn’t work from the moment we got there to when we checked out. I even asked for a new room and she told me she would get someone to look at it. Having to constantly have someone reset our keys was a huge pain and NO we did not keep the cards with our phones or any magnets. There was also dark mold spots on some of our pillows and the beds were hard as rocks. The hallways were dirty with cheetos crushed along the edges. Will not be staying there again.

Clean warm pool, 2hot tubs, fun and busy on weekends, quiet during the day. Breakfast was great. Chef Warren was very easy going and did a great job when it was very busy.

Space between bed and dresser. In ADA room 180 is not wide enough. Could not fit between them.

Waffles and juice

Not a good breakfast area and not enough seating. Eggs and sausage cold. Try to call front desk at 10 pm and no answer. No menu in room for restraunt next door. Mold in bathroom and toilet stains and chipping paint and unknown substances on the walls. The pool area in the evening very dark and the water looks murky with chunks of black stuff in it, didn't stay in their very long. Oh and by the way no mention of no bath tub and you only have a shower!
