"Overpriced for what you are given."

No microwave which is standard in 95% of other Ballarat Motels we have stayed in. No Toaster. Low water pressure. No bikkies. Low quality coffee. No coffee maker in room despite advertised as having one in every room of the motel. No parking close to room and uneven surface walking in the rain. Shower over bath and no handrail. Breakfast advertising for rooms a little bit confusing but apparently not included and an extra $30 per person for only a continental breakfast.

The room was a little dated and the shower wasn’t great at all. Barely any water pressure.

False advertising. No 2 restaurants No pool The gym was smaller the the rooms bathroom No sauna Eftpos not working to pay for anything. Credit card only . Breakfast was bland and looked like it was a big hassles just to provide it . Not only will I never stay at this hotel again . I will never stay at any mecure anywhere ever again or any affiliated hotel .
