"“My stay was disappointing due to unclean rooms, slow service, and disengaged staff.”"

The breakfast experience at this location has become inconsistent due to cleanliness and staff appearance. I used to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but lately, the breakfast area isn’t well-maintained, and the staff often appears disengaged or untidy. This makes it difficult to feel comfortable or want to eat there.

I’ve noticed a consistent lack of professionalism and follow-through from staff. Requests often take a long time to be addressed, and staff sometimes appear annoyed or frustrated when asked for assistance. Additionally, my room was not cleaned properly, despite staying at this location for nearly a month.

"Lost our onekey rewards"

When we got to the hotel our room wasn't ready. They asked if we would take a style of room that was different so we could get in quicker and we did. Since we did the charged us the hotels rates. Therefore we lost our onekey reward. We ended up paying approximately 60 dollars more than what we we supposed to.

"Okay Stay"

Every time we stay at this location we do not get what the reservation is for!.. We reserve a king and always get a queen. This time we had a little critter in the bathroom. Don’t think we will be staying at this location again😐

"Disappointed"

This hotel is very tired looking. We were there with family Thanksgiving 2024, and the rooms was never serviced during our five day stay. My son's suite had a broken toilet in the second bathroom that was never properly fixed. We had stayed here before and had always been pleased, but this was not the case for this stay.

"Home On The Road"

We reserved the one room suite a few times. Loved that we could had a door to separate the two spaces. Someone on the sofa sleeper and a couple of us on the queen bed. We were all comfortable. Besides egg and sausage other breakfast options included mini quiche, cheese jalapeno biscuit and iced coffee.

There was an empty water bottle in one of the trash bins forgotten to be taken probably belonged to previous traveller
