Employees very nice. Hotels parking lot is awful quite frightening. Hotel needs to be updated significantly but was clean and close to where we needed to be.

"Excellent Location in Hartford"

Excellent Location in downtown Hartford. The pizza place next door that is attached was excellent and we recommend going a few blocks away to get ice cream. The room itself was very spacious but an older room with worn furniture. The location gets a five but the furniture and carpet get a rating of three.

"Great stay for the marathon "

Excellent place to stay for the Hartford Marathon. Less than a mile from the start and about.5 miles from the finish. They put coffee out early, and had to go bags for breakfast.

That you can't talk to booking.com. The dates for the review was supposed to be refund per the Residence Inn and this never happened. I will NEVER use booking.com AGAIN!
