"Residence Inn feels like home"

Alicia made our experience wonderful! She was so sweet and friendly. We loved our room and the atmosphere. Close to so many restraunts, movie theater and more. We even went bowling and to an arcade not far away. Will be staying here again when in the area!

"Dirty hotel with poor service"

The one good thing about this Residence Inn is the amount of space we had in our two bedroom. Other than that, it was not great at all. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and we waited for over 10 minutes. We finally called the hotel and the staff member came stumbling out and asked what we wanted. I think she may have been sleeping, maybe drinking? I don’t know. The room was dirty - hair in the bathroom, food crumbs in the fridge, random garbage found around the room and on the dining chairs. The kitchen cabinets were so dirty my hand got sticky just from touching it. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out couch, but when we opened it up, it was filthy - food wrappers were inside and the mattress was so stained it needed thrown out. Overall the hotel was very beat up and really needs some up keep. Management really needs to take a hard look at what they’re doing here and improve their standards.

"It was fine but didn't feel like it was worth the money for how shabby it was."

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff very nice. Main concourse is nice. Room size was nice and I liked the two bedrooms.

Room was shabby with ripped curtains and just kind of run down all together in the room. Did not feel like a suite.
