Our Residence Inn Mentor stay was very comfortable. It's location is convenient for visiting Cleveland's University Circle and Kirtland's Holden Arboretum. Staff was wonderful! AND the inn allows pets which is a big help to our family.

"Clean…Needs some TLC"

This Residence Inn in Mentor Ohio was not “right off” Interstate 90. The hotel was clean and we appreciated the PUR and pet free room. This room was very dark. There were dim, cold white LED lights in the main area. The other rooms had some brighter, warm white lights. As other reviews mentioned, the hotel in general needs some TLC. The staff were friendly. The free breakfast was average. No waffles if anyone was hoping for waffles.

"Great stay!"

My husband and I were so pleased with this very nice Residence Inn. We went to stay 2 nights in Mentor because we were visiting friends who lived about 15 minutes away from this hotel. It was spotless, and the people were so incredibly lovely! Alicia is amazing. I spoke with Alicia a few days before we arrived to get an early check-in. I called first, then my husband called since he did not realize I had already called regarding an early check-in. We both talked to Alicia. What a lovely person! The best part was that Alicia was working on check-out day, and we got to meet. We just chatted away like old friends! We will stay again at the Residence Inn Cleveland Mentor when we go back to visit our friends!

Miss Alicia was wonderful, kind, warm, friendly and welcoming. All the staff we interacted with were very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, the only thing that would make it better would be waffles. We would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!
