the room was incredibly spacious and worth the cost. every area was clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was great!

"Pleasant Experience"

We had a very enjoyable experience at the Residence Inn Mentor OH beginning with meeting Alicia at the front desk who was professional and informative about our stay. She was friendly, reliabl and is definitely an asset for the Residence Inn. Another plus is a wheel chair is kept at the front desk for handicapped residents which I appreciated. I didn't need to pack the wheelchair on our visit as I can also use a rollator for short walks...not a long hallway. I also loved the electric fireplace which I plan to use next winter...very nice. I will definitely go back again!

Everything was great. The only think that may be upgrade are the windows because the building is located next to a busy road and the noise goes thought the windows making it hard to sleep.
