It was ok. Reception was slow to get to front desk, check in was slow. She also forgot to write my room on the key envelope. The room was spacious, but there was a broken lamp and the cupboard under the sink was broken. Also there was a coffee machine and supplies. But no coffee pot.

"Phone inoperable, toilet couldn’t flush coffee maker not plugged into a working electrical outlet."

Didn’t eat there.

Air conditioning unit kept us awake every night got little sleep. The compressor wasn’t in our room but outside. I’m sure our neighbors couldn’t sleep either.

Property is old and worn. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning and update. Pullout couch in our suite was so dirty and uncomfortable to sleep on. General Manager was very kind and helpful.

"Great hotel!!"

Great place to stay, close enough to Cleveland, 15 minute drive to downtown. Great place, hotel lost power during the night. Made it impossible to sleep due to using a CPAP. Even with the power outage I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
