My review is for the outstanding customer service I received when booking and ultimately canceling a stay in the Residence Inn’s PURE hotel room. I worked with Patricia to book the room. I won’t bore with the backstory, but I was exhausted, in a panic, and couldn’t decide how many days to book. Patricia patiently helped me work through what I needed, ran multiple scenarios, and even tried a couple of different things to ensure I got the best price. She was still new at the time and learning the ropes, but she did absolutely everything she could to help me; was calm, caring, and friendly throughout it all; and I got off the phone feeling grateful and relieved. I ultimately wound up not needing the room after all, so I called to cancel and spoke with Xavier. I briefly explained the situation and, again, I received friendly, compassionate, and truly exceptional customer care. Should I ever need to stay there, I wouldn’t hesitate. I trust that my particular needs would be accommodated to the best of Residence Inn’s ability, and that this would be done with kindness and compassion rather than the judgment or annoyance I all-too-often receive. When your life literally depends on it, having people and companies you can trust makes a HUGE difference. Thanks so much, Patricia and Xavier!

Front desk lady in the morning was super friendly.

The pool was closed The night lady was not very friendly We got towels that had big brown stains on them. Had to go to the front desk for more/different towels. Highway was right at back windows. All we could hear all night was semi's jake breaks. For thr price $400 a night was not worth that price.
