"Unsatisfactory"

The location

Facility was under construction, dust curtains in each hallway, No extra pillows, TV remote did not work. Fire alarm went off at 4:34am and went off for 20 minutes before fire department only to be told someone MAY have pulled the alarm. The manager on duty was running around frantic and chaotic. It was a poor experience.

the staff that prepared breakfast on the 23rd was exceptional. I didnt come in contact with many staff members, but the woman who presided over breakfast prep and service was one of the best hospitality staff members ive ever had the pleasure of working with. you should commend her with a special commendation of some kind

our stay was unexceptional except for the previously mentioned service by the kitchen staff which was exceptional

"Unkept Marriott property/Damaged property"

Run down Marriott property. Bad maintenance; unclean; water damage; bad drainage from in-room sinks; smells; random vagrants on property; shady. Reporting to Corporate Marriott. Unfortunate. No one EVER standing at front desk. This is a badly run property; and apparently they have no financial reserves to fix up.

"Unsafe, failing in code standards including safety and wellbeing of guests."

Hotel Maintenance: Construction areas were unsafe, with open access to renovating rooms.Room Maintenance: The bathroom door was broken, and the toilet paper holder was unusable.Gym Facilities: Equipment was damaged and cleaning supplies were inadequate.Safety Concerns: A woman, apparently homeless, was harassing guests. The front desk was aware but did not act. Security Issues: The front doors were propped open at midnight, and the front desk agent was inattentive.Housekeeping: Service was limited to towel removal despite promises of more thorough cleaning.Odors and Cleanliness: Construction dust and moldy smells were prevalent, and bugs were found in the bathroom.
