Quality Inn Falconer - Jamestown

I booked this property because they promised a breakfast. We got there before 8 and there was no food save for a waffle maker. Juice machine didn't work. There was no cereal, milk, bananas. No one was around. No one was at the front desk. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I can't believe Travelocity advertises this property on their website. I will never stay at a Quality Inn ever again.

The property was poorly maintained, there was supposed to be breakfast but when we got there no one was around and there was nothing to eat except waffles. Juice machine didn't work, no cereal. Staff was nowhere to be found. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I won't ever book a room with Quality Inn. It looked like the property was badly rundown. I would be embarrassed to have a property so poorly maintained.

What a horrible stay! This hotel is apparently used for low income housing. People were yelling outside our room all night. I felt very unsafe. The AC sounds like a flying saucer taking off every time it kicks on. The spot where vending machines are supposed to be is empty. The “breakfast” provided was a brown bag with a cold sandwich and an apple. The juice machine was out of order. The grounds are filthy and the whole place desperately needs a coat of paint. In no way was this a 150. room. I will be asking for a partial refund.

People LIVE in this hotel. And they are hanging out all over the property outside with their kids,and friends, there was trash everywhere on the property, stains on the towels, and most importantly NO food available at 8:45, which I believe is a reasonable time for breakfast. You could see the people who live there, with plates full of waffles and sandwiches, and literally there was NOTHING in the refrigerator, the juice machine was out. And, we paid 208.00 for this place?!?! Unacceptable!!! Something needs to change, this is NOT ok.

It was a nice quiet room, big and comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the room

Clean room, outside access and friendly staff. Located close to freeway

The "Free" breakfast consisted of a brown bag, of an apple and a frozen egg, cheese, piece of meat. Bottle of water and a Granola bar. Very cheap quality compared to what we paid for the room

On arrival childrren running around, people hanging out in entrance smoking, loud.

Many sketchy people in the parking lot and lobby-

People probably living there long term. Large trailer took up 4 valuable parking spaces so not convenient to use patio door. Key didn't work in side door and had to use main entrance. Lotion bottle was used and ice bucket lid was dirty
