Quality Inn Falconer - Jamestown

The room smelled....No electrical outlet worked in the room besides the one the tv was plugged into and one light between the bed was the only one that worked....The inmates were very visible and the cleniness outside was terrible....I will never stay there again, and for years that motel had been our choice of place to stay....You just lost a loyal customer.....

I travel extensively, but this was the first time I felt like a hotel was being used as a homeless shelter based on the appearance of the people who stayed there the attitude of the people who stayed there the long-term products in the window that you associate with people who have been there for a long time, the filth in the lobby…

Close to the hwy

First impression looks like a dump. All the garbages outside were full, the biggest bbq going on outside which was sine but the co music wasn’t appreciate and no one was at the counter when we went in for over 10 mins. Lobby smelt like weed and looks gross. We rang the phone like the sign said and no one answers in till the 3 time come to find out the worker was one of the people at the bbq. We asked for a king bed and ended up with 2 queen beds. The room smelt bad and the floors felt wet. There was a dirty sock on the floor and stains on the sheets.

waffles or WAFFLES for breakfast NO OTHER CHOICES

Night manager had to use the Master Key to open my room, as the two keys made did not work. I enjoyed the tgrill of the chase as I hunted and eliminated the 3 massive horsefly’s in my room. I believe they had conspired with the mosquitoes that landed on me, but they’re slow in comparison; easy to take out. I tried unsuccessfully to close my bathroom door, so I could sleep, but it wouldn’t. The running toilet eventually lulled me to sleep. The numerous questionable characters hanging out in front of the hotel getting high was like a Nightmare Before Christmas Welcoming Committee, but I wasn’t in a festive mood after driving for 11hours. I passed on breakfast, and I’m glad I did.

Better breakfast

Upon entering my room, I noticed it had a terrible smell. Fortunately. I was quickly moved to a different room. I ended up switching rooms with my friend for other reasons and although my new room smells fresh, there were no batteries in the TV remote, the alarm clock wasn't even plugged in, and the bathroom floor was clearly in need of repair. The website advertised "breakfast included" but was grossly misleading. There was a waffle maker and pre-assembled "breakfasts bags. No real "options", just whatever was in the bags. When I arrived in the dining area, there were actually no bags at all. Another patron informed me they were all out. I went to the front desk but no one was there. I waited for quite a while. A hotel worker entered the lobby and ask if I needed help. I told him there was no food for breakfast and he said he needed to put more bags out, which he did. Later when we were ready to check out there was no one at the desk. I waited for quite a while. Then I noticed a worker outside smoking and talking to other people (not paying attention to me waiting at the desk). I had to go out and get her. On our way out after grabbing our suitcases from our room, she was gone again, outside smoking, and someone else was waiting for her at the desk. I went out and got her once again.

First room hadn't been cleaned. Moved to another room. Towels and sheets were clean but stained, bath spout coming out of the wall. Outdated, yucky.

Room was not ready by 3pm had to find another hotel

We booked a non-smoking room & at 4pm when checking in, we're assigned a smoking room on the 2nd fl. that wasn't cleaned. We pressed the staff to give us a different room on the 1st fl. due to handicap. (no elevator) At the new room, the A/C wasn't working and informed the staff, multiple times. For 4 days no A/C, no new room. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, at the breakfast room, no coffee or breakfast. The hotel had constant weed smoking out front and smells in the hallways. The staff was seldom at the front desk. Change name to No-Quality Inn.
