The hotel needs some serious updating. It is in an industrial area. It didn't feel dangerous but it was less than ideal. Close to the interstate. The halls are disgusting and appear to not have been vacuumed in a while. The room itself appeared adequately clean. It definitely could have been better but could have been worse.

Got there at 5:00 room not ready waited half hour then went to room bathroom had scum in tub and dirty crud all over windows asked for money back and left

Edith has made our trip home delightfully entertaining and quite wonderful. Despite the troubles she is helpful and cheerful. She most definitely deserves a raise. I honestly could keep bragging about how wonderful her customer service is but I wonโ€™t.
