Motel 6-Billings, MT - North

Just how my room is set up and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of my room

Edith is the best front desk person I've ever met. Such a professional team and I can't wait to come back again. I love this place and I want to come back every time I'm in Billings. They are the place to be. The employees are the best and always make you feel welcome and like family.

This happened to me for the first time, I arrived at one building, the door was closed and the guy on the phone sent me to the next building across the street, but there was no one there, it was already night, I was tired, 14 hours of driving, I waited in the lobby for two hours but still no one waited! Please give me my money back, this is a very bad experience!!!!

Great rooms and helpful staff. Rooms were very well kept. When I needed something the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They made sure that my stay was good. Also had snacks at the front desk after a long day of travel thank you again

I've been staying here for awhile and it's been an amazing stay. Edith has always helpful and the other staff has been very helpful. Everyone is always happy to see you and the rooms are nice, minus the pool not working. I've been enjoying my stqy

The new staff and managers are doing a great job fixing up the property. It's under going a complete renovation. Not to mention all the staff are helpful and kind. Hospitality at its finest! I'll most definitely be returning. It's so quiet at night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. they offered to take my grandmother things up the stairs. And offered us a snack it was clean but definitely out dated. Guy next door didn't even say hi just no vacancy. But you can see clean rooms from the out side but no cars in the parking lot. How weird is that.

The beds had new sheets, pillows, and blankets. Lobby was clean. When you walked in you smell the sent of clean.... Pine sole... It in the middle of pretty much everything. And walking distance if you find yourself with your vehicle. Staff is helpful and welcomed everyone they see

No hot water. Exterior doors had no locks. Reeked of marijuana. Unable to get receipt due to on going system malfunction.

They did not have a room available to me, had rooms that were not cleaned. It smelled like Marijuana in the motel when I went to check in. I ended up cancelling my room, and going to another motel.
