Motel 6-Billings, MT - North

There were bugs in the room. It was never cleaned. They didn’t have any hot water. Asked multiple employees to fix the issues. They never responded. Overall worst place to stay. -5000/10

Horrible stay, tried to kick us out at midnight for overbooking....had to move over to extended stay in Billings, been there for a couple of weeks and still no refund from motel 6 for two rooms. Police says this is the worst hotel in town, not safe, prostitution, nasty place

No hot water so didn’t check in. Funds removed from my account nevertheless. Scam! Never use this motel!

Zero hot water, broken windows, hallways were nasty dirty, room was not clean, pool was out of service.

It was the most disgusting place I've ever seen we only stayed one night and left I can't believe they rent rooms/in business with the way it is I have pic's of our room,hallwall,outside I want my money back for this disgusting experience we had to indoor due to this place & Expedia for helping us get this hotel and waisted our money and had to go to another hotel so we had to pay for 2 hotels which is totally wrong do to Expedia/ motel 6

Do not stay here. People standing all over the place. It appears that some people live here. Very dirty and felt unsafe.

The both rooms they tried to give us were unsanitary! Garbage and bodily fluids all over bathroom's. Fights and witnessed unlawful acts in parking lot. We left at 9pm and found a safe and clean place. It should be inspected and condemned! Persuing refund of $90 of HELL

I enjoyed my stay this weekend. The front desk lady was on point. That's customer service. It was a dump before but she said they was fixing it up.
