Motel 6-Billings, MT - North

While the place looks like a rundown sketched out with boarded up windows and doors that don't lock. Once you get into the building it smells clean. Pine sole fresh. The staff are superfriendly and welcoming you can tell the make the best out of what they got and every day gets a bit better. For what they have been given I Dont know how they are doing it but so much has improved lately the halls are quite at night. Painting, new carpet. They might actually have the pool going soon. To me it was a nice place for what I paid. I will definitely pass back through

We had no heat and it was very cold and after asking for a different room , there were 7 available, shown on line, we were not offered one. We did get 2 extra blankets after calling twice. We had no tv and had to find the phone Jack to plug in to call the office. All in all I would never recommend or stay again. No hot water, but we were warned about it. Very little toilet paper.

When we went to check in, we were told there was zero hot water throughout the entire facility. Had to cancel the reservation and try and find new accommodations. We did, but it cost us even more money. Would not recommend period.

Building was disgusting smelled awful room was dirty, with black mold in the popcorn ceiling, big holes in the shower wall with exposed plumbing. And mold. I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me 100$.

Checked in very late. Was told they have been without hot water for about a week. I had no other choice than to stay. There were tarps everywhere in the hallways. They were painting and scraping the walls in the halls all night long. Only 2 towels in the room, no washcloths, cups, ice bags or even a bucket. Had to ask 3 times for the washcloths. The curtains were half hanging. No smoke detectors. Light above the sink didn't work. The floor was peeling tiles and filthy. Was told there was wifi and it shut off at 11 pm as well as the TV. I have pictures if you would like. Was told there were only 3 people that work there because the family had just moved up from Texas that had bought the place. I think the Health Department should get involved personally.

Went to check in and staff informed me there was no hot water so I did not stay

Staff is rude. Hot water doesn’t work. No wifi. Staff started an argument with another guest. Staff left the front desk without the phone for 30 mins. Couldn’t get a room card.

They called about an hour before we were ready to check-in and said they had to cancel 1 of the rooms - so we told them they need to cancel both because we needed 2, but didn't refund our credit card

Bedsheets were stained, powder all over the floor holes in the wall and the heater was held together with a bandaid

I have to preface my post by stating that the front desk called before I arrived to inform me that they had no hot water and offered a full refund. The room was $60/night, roughly half of anything else available in Billings. You do get exactly what you pay for! I opted to stay anyway. The Motel is VERY rundown and needs a total update and refresh. The Lobby was a mess and looked to be under construction. Very rough place.
