Die Klimaanlage war in unserem Zimmer so laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Sie hat sich selbst ein- und ausgeschaltet. Wir mussten sie abschalten und heiss haben, um schlafen zu können.

Nice place to stay very reasonable love breakfast

The hotel king/queen suite was very nice. Really liked the way it was set up.

There were not enough towels, tissue, etc for 3 guests.

I stayed here on August 30th, and this experience was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Let me be very clear: this property is misleading in its advertising, poorly managed, and not worth your money. • Check-in & Documentation: At check-in, I provided my credit card and signed documents, yet I was never given copies of what I signed. That alone is questionable business practice. • Room Location & Noise: My room was placed directly beside a stairwell. Every time someone used it, it sounded like someone was pounding on my door. Rest was impossible. • Broken Amenities: The in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t even call guest services when I discovered more problems. I had to use my personal cell phone—something no guest should have to do. • Wi-Fi Scam: The hotel falsely advertises “Free Wi-Fi.” The internet didn’t work for streaming, and when I asked guest services, I was told it only works on phones and laptops—not the in-room TVs. The televisions run off DirecTV, and the hotel refuses to pay for streaming capabilities. I was stuck watching the heavily edited FX version of The Avengers instead of accessing my own Netflix account. The HDMI port was disabled, and the Bluetooth didn’t work either. • Hair Dryer Failure: The next morning I found the hair dryer didn’t work. When I went back to the front desk, I was told there wasn’t a single replacement available. Unacceptable. • Overall Impression: The only positive was the bed, but a bed alone doesn’t make up for a stay full of false advertising, broken amenities, and staff who can’t provide basic solutions. This hotel should be investigated for misleading practices. It is absolutely unacceptable to charge guests while failing to provide the basic services promised. Avoid this property unless you want to overpay for stress, broken amenities, and false promises.
