Staybridge Suites Irving Las Colinas by IHG

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! There are different smells from each part of the hotel from the front desk to the elevators then the ROOM?! we killed two roaches in the bathroom. the floor in the bathroom had replaced tiles. kitchen was nasty and the garbage disposal smelled horrible. the dishes needed a good wash. the smell of the hotel and room followed me home with all my items---straight to the washer! this place is not worth saving money! it is very unsafe and of course the weed smell/questionable visitors in the parking lot. the other party that was there with us didnt even stay in their room and left to go to another hotel as the door would not latch and stains on the couch looked like semen. There was also some guy hanging out in the hallway of the other party's room that looked suspicious.

I greatly appreciated the staff's friendliness and their thorough explanation of breakfast and pool schedules, and their invitation to contact the front desk for any assistance we might require.

During our second day, the room had not been cleaned, and we needed to request additional towels from the front desk. However, we were only provided with two more towels, despite there being five of us. Furthermore, the bathtub would flood whenever we took a shower. The hallways consistently had a noticeable odor of cannabis. The elevator appeared to be in a concerning state, lacking an inspection sticker and being rather dimly lit. The stairwells were quite warm, with some lights out, and there was litter on the floor. We also encountered ants, specifically black ones, within our room.
