Our room wasn't ready at check-in time. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our room & found out the pool, actually the entire hotel is under renovations so obviously couldn't use the pool.

Loved the layout and interior design! Everything was clean and tidy. The toilet chain kept slipping and would run for a long time which was annoying. I was also really disappointed to see no fruit/single serve options due to no breakfast.

Property seemed fairly clean. We didn't get the room we reserved and didn't have enough beds for our kids to sleep. That was extremely disappointing as this was a special birthday trip for our son. The front desk was not very helpful with our issue.

Horrible customer service. They have everyone in the wrong rooms and fail to listen or correct it in the system. I stayed in one room and they show me in another as well as other customers. They operate the front desk like they belong in kindergarten again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was GREAT. Easy access from the freeway. So many different shops and eateries to choose from nearby. However, the cleanliness could be better. But overall just a wonderful stay.

The facility and rooms are clean and well kept. The exterior landscaping and surroundings are typical for a hotel located in a suburban area near a freeway. Lots of pavement and noise outside. The trash dumpster is unloaded Monday morning around 5:30. Several people with dogs. Pool and hot tub were closed. Wished this was posted on the hotel's web page. Close to zoo, mall of america, indoor shooting range and good restaurants. Reasonably priced.
