Everything about our 3 night stay was great; from amenities to atmosphere. However, I wanted to give higher praise to the staff.... Especially a few. Sophia at the front desk was kind, attentive to my few questions trying to gather information on a variety of areas, had the answers, and was simply exceptional. Also, we spent most of our time poolside. Cameron, our pool server 95% of the time, was fantastic. Even though it was his first day when we arrived, he was attentive, easy to talk to, and never missed a beat. Quick to learn our names and was always present when we were ready for another order. Other shootouts go to Jackson who was our poolserver the other 5% of the time and the nice and very helpful employee at the snack counter as well, who I unfortunately didn't catch her name. Great job to all. We will definitely look to come back.

Terrible experience and customer service. Very disappointed in the fact that I bought my wife a staycation night to get away and relax, only for her to be sent into a strangers occupied room. A man was already in the room when she got there and when it was brought up to the front desk, the issue was completely downplayed and they tried everything to make the mistake hers for giving the wrong name. Mind you they have to look at your ID and match it with the name on the reservation. They did nothing to make up for their egregious mistake. We expect more from a Marriott. Won’t be back.

ADERO SCOTTSDALE is beautiful. The staff was amazing and the room was clean, comfortable I really love staying in ADERO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The coffee was nice to have in the room for the morning, the "free" water bottle was nice, it would have been nice to know that it was free. The breakfast was delicious, pricy.

For the cost of the rooms, I felt nickel and dimed for everything. It would have been nice to have to be able to purchase a canned/bottle coke and snack (vending machine) or available somewhere on the property.

Overall, we had a nice stay. Our room had a leak under the sink & extremely loud air conditioning unit upon arrival, but these were fixed on the second day. These were noticeable and probably should have been fixed prior to the room being assigned to us. It left for an uncomfortable first night. We liked the property for the most part but did feel the rooms didn't really match the rest of the feel of the hotel. They could have been nicer. Main areas feel higher end, rooms feel like more of a budget hotel. Pools were nice. Special shoutout to Caitlin who runs the service poolside, she was a rockstar with two packed pools on all days of our stay. She had to run all the way up to the lobby for each order, which seemed so inconvenient. This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is a drive into town. Fountian hills was close, but most of the areas of Scottsdale was a decent 15-20 min plus drive. This hotel seems to get a lot of conferences and weddings, which definitely take over the hotel, so keep that in mind. The night of one wedding was a lot of slamming doors and yelling in the halls. Not sure I would stay here again, as we prefer high end accommodations, but it served its purpose for this trip.
