PRO - For Hotel Brands Connoisseurs: the Autograph Collection brand spans between 4 and 5 stars properties. This is a 5+. - The main tower and the villas have floor to ceiling windows - following Frank Lloyd Wright's lesson, they take the outside in. - This building was meant to provide better breathing: very high ceilings, splendid balconies and restaurant terrace, plus a green terrace open to the desert view. You will relax because you will feel lots of space and air around you. - The experience starts with the elegant entrance area - plants, a fireplace and a spectacular door. Very nice people at the front desk. - Beautiful selection of lights, with the wise level of warmth. Raffinate atmosphere overall. - They have two pools, with an adult-only dedicated area, with ho tub. There are tennis courts, a splendid hiking trail, with wonderful desert plants and bushes, they have a hotel Astronomer for stars gazing! - Dinner and breakfast were delightful. - Good news: they will make renovation and dedicate to the Restaurant a different floor from the Bar. I praise this decision, because both have tremendous potential. You may stay at a different hotel, visit Taliesin West and then come here to let the same feelings take you to drinks, dinner and stars. CONs: - nothing, but just a thought: it would be nice to have a nice living room/lounge area. I am not referring to a boring Marriott lounges: I mean a space where after dinner people sit and talk. I guess that the new bar will have precisely the space for it. I just recommend comfortable seating options and I sense they will be amazing. CONCLUSIONs: This is an elegant resort, for relax, romance, business and even for families. There's a specific prolongation of the Taliesin West experience that makes it stand out. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS I would like to highlight the professionality of Ms. Summiya Shookh, who understood the type of stay my family was looking for and provided all the comfort and tips to make it happen. Also, James at check-out was extremely kind and made it very difficult to leave the ADERO. Kind people at the restaurant too - we had a blast.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed here for an anniversary getaway, and the experience turned out to be truly unforgettable. When we first arrived, we were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which was not what we expected for our special trip. However, the staff immediately went above and beyond to make things right. Not only were we moved to an upgraded room, but they also surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. A special thank you to Sophia and Vida for their exceptional customer service. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Because of them, we will absolutely be returning and this will be our go-to place every time we visit Scottsdale. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

I booked 2 nights here with my teen daughter to chill on the front end of a week stay in scottsdale and was very worried about recent reviews of terrible service experiences. Oddly, the service and staff really stood out for us. Checking was very personable and helpful. The trio of servers who helped us at dinner one night were so wonderful … one saw my daughter rubbing her arms and dragged over a heater, the lead waiter was so friendly he chatted with every table, which was fun to see and we enjoyed. But our favorite was the busboy who brought water and helped… he was so kind he brought the woman seated next to us a small trinket birthday present when he heard she was celebrating. Pool service - fast and friendly 2 days in a row. So for us, the service made the difference (lifetime platinum so we stay in hotels a lot and honestly we’re pretty fussy). We also loved this remote property, the expansive views and chill vibe. Less great…. Property shows some wear and tear… nothing terrible just lots of chips and scuffs. Room is spartan and modern just how we like it but not a traditional hotel room if that’s your vibe. Looked like they had a vibrant pickle ball area if that’s you’re scene. We ate in fountain grove some (yes you need a car). Cute town with lots of options.

The property was absolutely stunning! Everything was clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and accommodating . The views were absolutely stunning. This was my first time in Arizona and I would recommend Adero to anyone.

Nothing at all

I recently stayed at ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection and what began as a wonderful experience quickly turned into one of the most frustrating and concerning hotel situations I’ve ever encountered. The property itself is beautiful, and during our stay everything met expectations. However, the issues began immediately upon our early morning checkout. Despite confirming valet service the night before, there was no valet available at 4:00 AM. While inconvenient, we managed and moved on. The real problem started after arriving at the airport, when I realized I had accidentally left a bag in our room. I promptly called the hotel and spoke with the front desk, who assured me it would be handled and simply requested that I send a prepaid shipping label. I did so—at a cost of nearly $300—expecting a smooth resolution given the hotel’s reputation and the level of service experienced during our stay. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After multiple emails and calls with little to no follow-up, I was eventually contacted days later by someone claiming to be the Housekeeping Manager. I was told my bag had been found, but that it would require a “handling fee” of $200 to return it—despite already providing a prepaid label. Shortly after, that fee was increased to $300, and I was asked to send payment via Zelle to a private individual. At that point, this situation crossed from poor customer service into something far more concerning. This experience raised serious questions about guest security, internal controls, and the integrity of staff at this property. After spending over $3,000 on a three-night stay, being asked for additional unofficial payments through non-secure methods is unacceptable and alarming. I have not yet escalated this publicly or through authorities, as I hoped the hotel or management company would address the situation appropriately. However, the lack of response and accountability has been deeply disappointing. I would strongly caution others to be mindful of their belongings and to carefully document any interactions regarding lost items. What should have been a simple recovery process turned into a stressful and unresolved ordeal.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. We stayed in room 327 and found the air conditioning extremely noisy. A small airplane taking off every 20 mins or so. The room was advertised as a good one to watch the stars but we were on a lower floor overviewing the parking lot . Breakfast was food was good and the waiter who took care of us was very nice. Other services were below our expectations. We weren’t given any information about the hotel. For example we did not know about refilling stations and the Adero bottles being refillable.

Amazing customer service from everybody- from the front desk staff (Vira Hora and Sophia) to the crew at the restaurant!
