We loved it all. Only place we were disappointed in was restaurant service. Food was great, once we got it. But server was very slow, especially on Friday morning. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. The other two we had during our meals and stay were exceptional.

What a beautiful property. Gianna was so accommodating from start of stay until we left. The entire experience made me sad we didn't stay longer! Sumaiya was very helpful at checkout, and Evan, Jose and Dominic were helpful in valet! Lexi as a superstar server at Cielo and that sweet potato hash was a must try! Such a great overall experience! We'll for sure be back!

I was by the pool no one approach me and ask me if I need a drink or something. Service a little slow by the pool area. And they charge for parking that’s sucks.

Always a lovely stay. My second time here and as good as ever. Quality room, staff and amenities. They get a lot of details right, down to the thread count of the towels and cleanliness of rooms and public areas. No need to call for anything because every detail is thought and the service is anticipatory and friendly. They even have small touches such as fruit plate delivered to room for elites that are typically mostly found in international properties. Tasteful and relaxing art work adorn the walls and everything feels easy, understated, and comfortable. I was accommodated an early check in and an unexpected upgrade to Dark Sky Corner Suite, a comfortable and relaxing space with beautiful view and a telescope in the room to boot. Thanks to all the quality service I encountered during this stay. It is always the little things that count to make one big impact. I will be back.
