ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection

My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful four-night stay at the Adero Resort in Scottsdale this past October. We booked a Dark Sky Corner Suite based on other reviewers' advice about noise levels, but our stay was very quiet and peaceful. The room was large, with a partial wall separating the living and sleeping areas. The décor was a bit dated, but the room was still very inviting and comfortable, and the highlights were definitely the incredible view and an absolutely enormous walk-in shower. We ate at the hotel restaurant multiple times for both dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent across the board, though our service for weekend breakfast was notably slower. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with how accommodating and responsive the staff were regarding my dietary restrictions and also in providing utensils for the food we had in our room. The resort amenities are very nice, though not exceptional—the grounds are very inviting with two pools (one adult), a very well-equipped and large fitness center, and a lovely coffee cafe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Views were amazing. food was phenomenal. I was surprised that reviews said staff were not very friendly. My husband and I thought the staff were fantastic. From check-in to check-out all were very friendly and helpful. Wish we would have rented a car because location was a little more isolated, but that was on us. (just wanted to mention in case someone was debating if they should rent a car or not). Would definitely stay again.

what a wonderful location and tremendous staff. Special shout out to Trish who handled multiple registrars at the same time with Grace while at the same time taking care of me. Another shout out to Gianna, whose service was exemplary. This is a great place to go if you want an elegant environment with tremendous views and comfort. This was my second trip here and this is the place I come to when I visit Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Kevin at front desk/concierge gave us a fantastic "What to do in Scottsdale" activities brochure. It offered lots of outdoor activities to do; such as Jeep Tours or a guided hiking tour. Thanks Kevin! Book Adero and enjoy Scottsdale outdoor adventure!

READ THE REAL REVIEWS ! The housekeeping staff will steal your stuff. Despite numerous attempts to resolve with the management theyre more concerned with keeping individuals employed that will straight out steal your belongings than the customer experience. BEWARNED THIEVES WORK HERE ! Read the rest of the 1 star reviews you find this place is not what you'll expect ..from poorly renovated rooms with Paper thin walls to Management team that will placate you with pleasantries but will not follow throug in or do anything to make a difference. Read their responses to other reviews ..it's full of word salad responses that are more empty than their attempts to protect their guests from the predatory staff that will steal anything you leave in your room. We had over $800 worth of clothing stolen with no accountability, the management staff will Rudley talk over you even if you're being calm and patient with them giving them the benefit of doubt and they will not follow through with what they say they will.. management does not enforce the policy to keep the staff from stealing your stuff. Stay far away from this place. It smells like raw sewage ..that's why they try to cover it up with all the air fresheners pumping in the lobby ..walk down any hall way and you will be smacked with raw sewage / rotten egg odors..
