Overall very clean and a relaxed atmosphere

One staff member on reception, a lady, was off-hand to the point of rudeness. All other staff members were very professional and friendly.

Absolutely nothing about this property is 4-star. From the property itself, to the boxed to go order poolside service, to the wildly not 4-star staff, our stay was quite underwhelming. Our upgraded room outside of the tower felt more like an old converted studio apartment. More or less an empty large room with a queen bed and small desk. The in room dining in the app not only did not work, but the menus were apparently out of date - as the dining staff was kind enough to remind us with disbelieving scoffs and judgmental confusion when we ordered from the menus that they directed us to with the QR codes. They repeatedly referred us to these, and the non existent menus that should have been in our room but were not. The ordering system and mobile key in app did not work either. The list truly goes on - the front desk told us tennis was first come first serve (it was not, which we found out when we tried to play), and our in room dining tray was left uncleared outside for 2 days. We found the restaurant to be an overly priced hit and miss during our stay, maybe if the salads or breakfasts weren’t $40 as well as below average we wouldn’t complain, but they were. The only saving grace was an above average massage and facial, but still lacking in amenities. The property is situated in a great setting, but I would recommend lowering your expectations or looking elsewhere.

Beautiful location and views

Very expensive to eat on property

Loved this resort. It is secluded and quiet. Beautiful Mountain views. Spa treatments were wonderful. Restaurant somewhat pricey but had delicious food and great service. Only shuttle service was to a golf course. Since pretty far out, wanted to rent a car but the hotel charges $25/day to park. Spent a lot on Ubers and lifts. Told by a tour guide who would not come to pick me up for a tour that Adero is not really in Scottsdale but is located in Fountain Hills, AZ.

What a perfect experience! From Pocci so warmly greeting us at check in all the way through to our final breakfast with Jackson’s great service! The location was excelkant to get to areas of Scottsdale, Mesa and Tempe. Only about 30 minutes to the airport. Most incredible views ever!

i was next to the elevator and outside it's next to the kitchen exit where employees go to smoke. so maybe not the best room unless you love the view of a parking lot. guess the hotels.com VIP thing wasn't recognized or ignored. room is fine, lighting is not great, side table had plugs on the wrong side. shower floor was sticky like your friends house that never scubs it and it's tacky to stand on. not the anti slip tile just dirty. highlight was the sparkling water station. also be aware it's very far from main areas of scottsdale.
