This review is for kids club only. We were disappointed with a lot about the hotel, but not the kids club. I was actually blown away. We spent the week here and our 4 and 5 year old daughters spent various times at the kids club. They loved it! The staff, Tomy, Sandy, Pao and Andy are amazing with kids! The kids activity log is so impressive! They have so many fun activities planned every day including master chef, mini golf, camping night, girls spa day and more. My girls asked to go so many times! They even did my girls hair for a photoshoot for me. These ladies are amazing and I’m so appreciative of their hard work and kindness to my kids. I was so nervous to leave them and felt much better after meeting the ladies. Thanks ladies!!

We went to Dreams for a family members wedding. The hotel, the venue, the people, were absolutely amazing. It was a great experience and the wedding was gorgeous. I would highly recommend. The rooms, the food, and the overall layout of the resort was great.

Such a beautiful resort! But what makes it really special is the people who work here- we came into contact with so many incredibly welcoming people. We found Mercedes at the preferred bar makes the best margaritas so definitely stop by and say hi!

Unfortunately, I don’t have very many positive things to say about my experience at dreams. I’ve given dreams several opportunities, not just the one inLos Cabos, but others and they’ve all been bad. For the Los Cabos’s dreams, we had No control over the temperature in our room, constant noise that made sleep almost impossible. The restaurants were closed on random days so you have limited options for where you’re going to eat and then the food was just OK. if you called for something that you needed, it took forever if they answered the phone. Both my family members that also attended the trip had water leakage in their rooms the whole four nights we were there. When we did inform front desk about the issues and the concerns no one had anything to say that was remotely helpful. Needless to say I won’t be returning to any other dreams.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. We paid a premium price to host our wedding here, expecting professional service and attention to detail, but what we received was far from it. The wedding planner assigned to our event seemed completely lost throughout the process. Communication was poor, questions went unanswered, and important details had to be repeatedly addressed by us instead of being proactively managed. On the wedding day, there was confusion about scheduling and coordination that created unnecessary stress during what should have been a special occasion. To make matters worse, the resort was not accommodating when issues arose. Rather than working with us to find solutions, staff appeared inflexible and uninterested in addressing our concerns. For the amount of money we spent, we expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and unfortunately, this resort did not deliver the experience we were promised. I would not recommend this venue to couples looking for a well-organized and customer-focused wedding experience.

The food was great I especially appreciate Aldair and Octavip at the adults pool. They took great care of us.

I have mixed feelings about this resort. We booked a large family trip to celebrate multiple birthdays and a milestone wedding anniversary, so we had high hopes going in. Starting with the positives, the customer service was excellent. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and attentive. They truly met my expectations when it came to service, and I especially appreciated the complimentary laundry service they offered due to our situation. That level of care did not go unnoticed, and the staff regularly checked in on us, which meant a lot. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by some major concerns. Out of 19 family members, 5 of us including my 19 month-old, my husband, and myself became sick with diarrhea and vomiting. From what we observed, hygiene may have been a contributing factor. At the buffet, we saw birds flying into the food area, landing on dishes, and even taking food directly from serving bowls. This was very off-putting, and after that, we only chose sealed or enclosed food options. Despite being cautious, within a couple of days, members of our group started getting sick one by one. From about day 4 to day 7, we were limited to very bland foods and focused on staying hydrated. It was especially stressful managing this with a young child, although I’m grateful again to the staff for assisting us during that time. After speaking with other families who were staying at the resort during the same period, we learned that several of them experienced similar illnesses, which was concerning. The pool was another issue. It had an extremely strong chlorine smell, stronger than anything we’ve experienced at other resorts which caused irritation for my son, including itchiness, and the smell lingered on the skin. Additionally, the pool did not appear to be cleaned or maintained as frequently as expected. We have stayed at other resorts in Cabo before, so our expectations around cleanliness and hygiene were based on prior positive experiences. Unfortunately, this resort did not meet those standards. We also found the lack of family-friendly activities disappointing, as there wasn’t much to do. Overall, while the customer service was commendable, the hygiene concerns and resulting illnesses significantly impacted our trip. I wouldn’t recommend this resort and likely would not return.
