Everyone was so friendly, it was my birthday week and they made me feel so special. We ate at the world Cafe and Amilar was very helpful, professional and attentive, Sergio is another one that was very professional and attentive at Oceana. These two individuals answered all our questions and made sure we felt like royalty. Thank you for a great getaway. We will definitely be back.

"Dreams Cabo family trip"

Rooms were very nice. Beautiful view of the ocean. Zack with the activities group was fun and super friendly. Octavo was our pool server at the adults pool the entire time and was great! Friendly, very responsive and always checking in. Really made our time enjoyable! We also enjoyed our bar tender at the pool, Aldar. He made great drinks, super nice and made sure everyone was happy.

"Fantastic Family Trip!"

Came to Dreams Los Cabos on a family trip! First I want to show out Aldair and Octavio at the Manatees bar! They went above and beyond and took care of us every! They made sure we always had drinks and food and made this resort a "Dream"! For anyone curious here are my favorite food items Breakfast: BirriaQuiles from Seaside grill Lunch: Mexican Burger from Manatees Bar Dinner: Roasted Octopus from Oceana Along with the we all lived the Mexican/Mariachi night and Karoke was fanastic! Also check in was great, we didnt have our rooms yet since we arrived a few hours early but they let us enjoy all the restaraunts and bars early while we waited! Finnally I want to close by saying the private cabanas are so worth that privacy and butler service.

Older hotel. very nice. Employees were first class and very helpful. We belong to Unlimited Vacation Club. Perks we were told we were puchaseing a year ago, we were told we had to upgrade by $29,000 to receive. Had a high pressure sales person. I just told him I wanted what we were promised when we signed in Feb 2025. I was told he could do nothing unless we upgrade. He blamed headquarters in Chicago.

We stayed at Dreams Los Cabos to celebrate a 80th birthday. Our stay was great. The staff and service were amazing. Ana at the main lobby bar was wonderful. She was so friendly, attentive and made our stay extra special. We will be back and hope to see her again. Ruffo at the Barefoot Grill was also great. He made our experience so much fun.
