Amazing place with a very nice and quiet space. Lovely attention and very good quality rooms. Atmosphere is perfect for either relaxation or daily activities. Service and food are very good and make me thing about to return already. However, during busy days, the hotel does not increase the personal and waiting times might affected.

Very nice resort. Even though it’s a little older, the dreams still has that special all inclusive spunk feeling. Good food and entertainment and very nice staff. The location is nice too. Right between San Lucas and San Jose. Golf courses are also close by. All in all, a nice,family feeling kind of place.

Overall a great vacation facility and lovely friendly staff. Quality of food needs to be upgraded in certain areas. And construction noise during the day was a nuisance.

Dreams was so much better than expected. Loved the location right on the beach. The whales gave a great show! The staff is amazing especially our preferred club beach bartender. You must meet Mercedes he's a one man show. But all staff was kind and professional. Rooms are dated but very nice and clean. Problems were solved quicky. Great food options however it is limited for week long stays. The Dreams Los Cabos will not disappoint.

I had high hopes since my husband and I had stayed at Breathless before, and it was awesome. However, Put Stayed at Dreams was a hit-and-miss in some areas. We arrived 3/12. The check-in process was great. Lea the unlimited rep was nice and a friend she made sure we checked in on our stay. The dinner at the ocean on the first night was average. The waiter was alright. His service was basic. He was nice but not very communicative with us, as if he didn't want to serve. 3/13 our butler at the cabana Manny was great he gets us with a smile and he took care of us. That night we went to the Italian restaurant. Lea told us she asked the manager to plan something special for us there since we are celebrating my daughter's 7th birthday and our anniversary. The waiter was nice but didn't talk to us or ask us why we came or anything. He served us but was in a rush. So basically everything was a rush to eat and move on to the next table. 3/15 we stayed on the property and enjoyed the pool after breakfast. It was hard to find seating so we stayed closer to the beach seating area but we had 3 kids ( 1yr, 7yr, and 12), and we found 2 seats with no umbrella. We asked 3 people to grab us an umbrella due to the burning sun in our area. Finally, the umbrella was brought to another family who had just arrived. At that time we waited 1 hr. We let the waiter in the orange shirt know. All I got was a shoulder shrug and walked away. It was disappointing with the service to our Vietnamese family vs another white family. The service on drinks was nonexistent in our area. I got to go get my own drink. The same situation at the Barefoot Grill. I ordered for my kids and husband. The person at the grill was short and did not let me finish my order. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence in front of other guests. Rude. The only time I ordered at Barefoot was due to that experience. However, later for dinner our family went to the seaside grill. The manager who seated us was nice and friendly. Marco stood out compared to all of the waiters we had encountered. Marco was talking to us and asking us what brought us to Cabo. He was busy running around but he managed to show us that he cares and he made sure to interact with the baby and us. He listened and surprised my daughter with a happy birthday candle and desserts also our anniversary. He truly went above and beyond that night for us. Marco definitely needs a promotion or bonus!! He is hard-working and also knows how to take care of the guests. Lea also made sure she sent us an anniversary gift too. I like the fact that Lea checks up on the unlimited members to give information and not pushy like other staff at the previous hotel for an upgrade etc. 3/16 we went to Oceana. The wait is not the issue the problem was the treatment of our family by our waiter of our family to other guests. We waited a good 5 min before he came to ask us and the first thing out of his mouth was what you guys want to order. I was like can we order drinks then our meal? Later on, my husband wanted to order another drink. The waiter said yes but we saw him make rounds on other tables talking and conversing, but with our table not even trying to communicate and yes we finished, and my husband did not even get his drink. Finally, the preferred club lounge. The check-in and checkout process was good however the lady bartender was not friendly and gave our family some attitude when serving us drinks. My daughter asked for a Coke. She put some cherries into the glass. My daughter told her it was wrong. She told my daughter to talk it over anyway instead of offering to redo it for her. My interaction with her was uncomfortable because it showed on her face that she didn't want to serve us. Lorena did a good job cleaning during our stay. Also to make it clear I tip with every encounter service.

Something for everyone. Lots of entertainment for adults and kids. Main pool is more Spring Break vibe. Singing, games loud music.Adult pool is quieter. More relaxing. Softer music. Restaurants are all great! Service is great. Only about 20 min from Los Cabos. Be sure to check out the music at the fire pit in the evenings. If you go in early March like we did, be sure to bring a sweatshirt or sweater and pants for at night. And a coverup for during the day. This was our first time to the Pacific side of Mexico during winter and the breeze off the water can be chilly. More so than the Caribbean side. The beach (is not swimable) but marvelous to watch the waves come in. And the sunrises & sunsets are beautiful.

Our stay felt more like a 3-star experience than the 5-star standard advertised. From the moment we arrived, we were pressured by staff promoting the Ultimate Rewards Club. After traveling for hours and arriving visibly tired and hungry, we were kept for about 45 minutes being pushed to attend a “mandatory” breakfast. The presentation that was promised to take 90 minutes lasted over 2.5 hours and involved repeated pressure and comments implying we were “wasting money” by not joining. We were also told by multiple staff that the Bordeaux restaurant was adults-only, which forced our group to split for dinner because we had a toddler. When we arrived, we saw several guests dining with children and were told the rule is “sometimes based on the season,” which felt inconsistent and frustrating. Throughout the stay we also noticed what felt like unequal treatment. Staff appeared to go the extra mile for white, affluent-looking guests while ignoring us—for example, pool staff offered drinks to several Caucasian guests sitting right next to my husband while completely overlooking him. As paying guests, we expected the same level of service as everyone else. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome and we would not recommend this resort.

The perfect spot to relax! It's a smaller resort, but the views are stunning, especially during whale season. The staff though, is exceptional. From the tireless young men who move tables, chairs, and umbrellas around, and always with a smile, to the servers, the bartenders, the cooks, the spa, and the activity people that keep you engaged!. I'm going to name a few of them, and I wish I could name all of them. Antonio, Diana, Maneul, Carmen, Selene, Lucas, Irvin, Victor, Cesar, Yanet, Omar,Angel, Santiago, Itzel, Eloy, Natalie (who went the extra mile and contacted a friend of hers when we went to another resort, to make sure we were taken care of), Mariella (who makes the best eggs ever), Aldair, Angeles and Isabl, ( who will give you the best massages!), And Helios, who called us everyday to make sure we didn't want for anything. Honestly, there are so many resorts to choose from, but the beauty of this place combind with the staff and restaurants, will make you return. They work hard to give you great service so please tip them well. Hyatt management, treat them well, for without these outstanding, hardworking men and women you employ, we would try other places.

Good location, close to airport and quick transfer. Close to the main road, but you can't really hear it. The hotel is beautiful and feels clean, calm and luxurious. It has lots of serene, green, shaded areas and natural stone. The hotel has an app which can be used to view amenities, menus and order room service (included!) as well as housekeeping items. We used it a lot, particularly as our housekeeper never seemed to leave us enough towels - there were 5 of us (mom, dad, 2x 9 y/o and 2 y/o) and max 4 towels were left. The rooms are big and well equipped. Clean. Lots of storage and closet space. The main bed was comfortable, the pull out sofa less so! We requested a crib and it was bought to the room when we arrived. We were on the 2nd floor which was a ground level for where our room was, so we had a terrace. Sadly, that only had 2 chairs and they were only accessed from the main area (which is where our 2 kids shared the sofa bed), so we were not able to make use of this. We had a patio door from our bedroom, but that had a tiny terrace and no chairs. Also neither patio/terrace had a railing which was not ideal for the toddler. The resort is quite small, there is an adults only side which was nice. The beach was OK, big srop to the water and dangerous to walk up to water edge, so we mainly used it for sand play. When we arrived we found out there is no dinner buffet! Only sit down restaurants! (and room service, which at that point we didn't know was an option / included). Overall the food offering was fresh and good quality, but rather sparse (VERY small dinner portions) and poorly timed. Breakfast from 7am (pretty late with kids). Lunch buffer from 1pm (again, nap time!). We used the Barefoot grill for lunches most days as they started around 12. Some days there was food at the pool but only 1-2pm. Dinner was from 5.30 which meant 4-5.30 there was no other food than room service with a super long wait or the Coco Cafe (24/7) with a big lineup. Kids club was OK, opened 9.30-10.30 for parents and kids, so we were able to take our toddler. They had a splash park, but we were not able to use it, as it was only for the kids club children, during the day - which was disappointing for our toddler. The main pool was good for kids, with a shallow area. Great infinity edge for whale watching, too. Entertainment OK during the day. First row loungers gone by 7am. The kids pool felt like an afterthought. One area was too deep (5ft) and had a very slow and unexciting slide. The other, a paddling pool, OK but small and on the side. Not great. Adult pool nice and serene, with hammocks and better quality loungers. Entertainment - a bit off! Live music daily (OK) running till 8pm. Evening show from 8pm. No kids evening show /entertainment other than movies on the beach (which overlapped the other stuff, so you had to choose one or the other), no mascot... and by 8pm they were ready for bed. Staff were OK, some were very selective / served faster the people that tipped, or locals. But overall not bad. We tipped the bar staff etc. which we used most frequently and also the housekeeper and staff at restaurants (1-5$). Overall, I would say the place is great for adults, for people with small babies and with older kids. For our age group it seemed not fully there, which was a shame. It was very stressful to take a toddler to a sit-down dinner, daily. No kids-specific shows or entertainment. Definitely felt more like an adult place!
