Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia

I've stayed here at least a half dozen times, and never been disappointed. Breakfast is good, they have a fitness center and a laundry room, and the rooms are just perfectly sized for me. Business travelers will find this hotel convenient. Brieanna at the front desk is wonderful. Be sure to tell her I said hello

If you want to walk to the mall or restaurants, it's going to take you about a good half hour to 45 minutes, so it's not terribly walkable, but I managed fine 🙂

Huge room with full sectional couch, free breakfast and 12:00 checkout.

Didn’t have decaf coffee at breakfast.

The room smelled sort of like cat pee. The carpet was dirty and had some stained areas. The bed was perfect! Breakfast was ok. The fitness equipment was great, but when I went into the hall to ask a manager for a towel and cleaning spray, she didn't even get up from her desk. She told me to go to the front desk. They had a bath towel, but did not quite get that I thought I should wipe down a machine after use. All in all, I should have stayed at the other Hyatt on the opposite side of the KOP mall!!

I’m sure it was disgusting - unlike every other hotel they serve later 7am if you have to leave early no breakfast which was our case

The place was disgusting - the biggest regret ever - I will never book through your site again - your recommendations ruined our whole trip - the hotel was HORRIBLE

Conveniently located

General condition is only adequate. Checked in on a Sunday , hallways were untidy and not vacuumed

The pool was foggy. Looked almost green like

Property was modern and somewhat updated.

Staff manager on duty at the time was not very welcoming, though the initial receptionist was. Upon entering the room, dirt was found on the floor, rips in couch cushions, and the beds were made as though ready to be used but had blood or urine stains on the sheets. When asking the manager for assistance in checking out, she was helpful but did not seem not very attentive to our needs, just getting my wife and myself out of her space.
