Great, easy to get to location

Our door closed weirdly, like you had to lift and push to close.

The staff was friendly and helpful!

The room and cleanliness of the hotel. I stayed here 3 years ago and since the quality has gone downhill. The rooms smell and look outdated.

Cleanliness was poor throughout hotel. Odor in both rooms. No additional towels didn't even get 1 per person

Very disappointing experience. My room was not properly prepared when I arrived late at night, and I had to request a room change. What made it worse was the slow and inadequate follow-up afterward, even after I raised my concerns. As a Globalist Member, I expected better service, stronger communication, and a more professional resolution.

Staff was pleasant.

Only had 1 wash rag for two people.

Would've like to see vending machine/ice on each floor. There wasnt anything on our floor.

Very comfortable bed

No USB ports to charge iPhone or tablets
