El desayuno no nos gustó!

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. When I arrived, the room was not properly prepared. I had to make my own bed, which is something guests should never have to do. There were crumbs on the floor, the bathroom had not been cleaned, the desk still had cup rings and the overall condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a different room when I requested it because the hotel was fully booked. The lack of cleanliness extended beyond the room as well, as the hallways were noticeably dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained.

Horrible customer service nobody is ever at the front desk, and the breakfast was one of the worst I've had. Yellow oranges, no toppings for yogurt and ham was disgusting.

The front desk rep was nkt attentive.

The hotel is rundown. We stayed about a year ago and this hotel just feels like no one cares about it. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I called or when I went to ask for the pillow and blanket for the pull-out couch. The breakfast was ok... coffee was ok but the food choices were few.
