Überall Haare von vorherigen Gästen an den Handtüchern, Tapete geht ab, Duschvorhang zerrissen, Frühstück nur mit Plastik Geschirr und Besteck, Fenster gehen nicht auf, Klima Anlage ist so laut wie ein Flugzeug.

I like that the front desk staff was very accommodating and made sure that we were able to check in before the usual time and check out after the normal time too

The cleanliness of the property is very poor. Not enough staff to maintain the hotel. No one available to clean after the places people are at . The room is so small and tight. No microwave available in the room. Only one microwave in the lobby for everyone to use and the inside was so nasty with old food that was all over the microwave.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and professional and took time to explain everything. I made a small error while booking but she was able to tell me what i needed to do to correct it even though i booked through a third party site. She was also wonderful with handling another guest who was throwing a fit about their reservation while staying calm. I was really impressed with her demeanor!

Our rooms were across from and next to a room that was making a ton of noise, kids running up and down the hallway, the door constantly opening and slamming shut. Their group was also super loud and rude in the pool AND gym, and my kids felt like they couldn’t use the facilities because they were so annoyed with this group. Manager was came up several times through the night but nothing was done except telling the group they were too loud. This went on until nearly three in the morning and it was difficult to sleep.

One of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. The rooms were dirty, hair balls left in the shower, dirty towels left in the room, tears in the couch, molding falling off the walls. No clean towels were provided in the room. Breakfast was also very poor, cold coffee and poor quality food. The two front desk staff members were very friendly and prompt in requesting towels to the room. This hotel is in drastic need of a re-model to its rooms. I'd reccomemd staying elsewhere.

The hotel it's self was fabulous the room was huge and perfect for my needs.

The hotel was great staff was okay. There was a little confusion checking in. I paid already before arriving to the hotel on booking.com app and only had a small window out of the day to check in and the receptionist try to charge me again for the room thank God I didn't transfer enough money over because I would of been charged twice. There was another receptionist that was sitting at the bar that helped her out and got it straightened out.
