Terrible experience. Found bed bugs. Let us leave and have us his card and told us Expedia would issue a refund. However it was a pay at the site setup - hotel processed my card so Expedia can’t issue a refund. Hotel refuses to issue refund. Overall property in poor condition. Maintenance guy came into lobby while we were checking in and sat a toilet plunger on the floor of the lobby after we just overheard there was a toilet backup in someone’s room. Had to leave and pay more than 2x more for another room at a nearby hotel. Expedia should not host this hotel - makes Expedia look bad.

We were very impressed with our stay considering the price was so affordable! The manger was beyond friendly and made sure our stay was a good one! Every time I passed him, he immediately greeted me and told me to please come on and have a coffee or soda. The room was clean and comfy and you can’t beat the price!

"it's actually the Oyo"

we couldn't stay. It is actually the Oyo and was nasty and the fire alarm was chirping. we left
